The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSSB 26(STA) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 26(STA)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 32 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 4 ABSENT: 4 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Fate, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Hawker, Heinze, Holm, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, Masek, McGuire, Morgan, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Whitaker, Wilson, Wolf Excused: Croft, Joule, Kapsner, Meyer 2003-05-19 House Journal Page 1936 Absent: Foster, Harris, Moses, Williams And so, CSSB 26(STA) passed the House on reconsideration. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 26(STA) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
